We ship your orders as quickly as possible. We usually ship on the same day or the next day (depending on when you placed your order). Shipping is via DHL and typically takes 1-3 business days.

How does the return process work?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Therefore, returns are possible within 14 days. Simply send us an email with your name and order number, and we'll take care of the rest.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. As these are hygiene products, we can only accept unopened, originally packaged items with an intact hygiene seal. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products are unfortunately excluded from returns.
