How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
We typically process orders within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. After that, your package will be handed over to the shipping provider.

How long does shipping take?
The average delivery time is:
– Within Germany : 1–3 working days
– International : 5–10 working days
Please note: Public holidays, customs clearance or exceptional events (e.g. weather conditions) may occasionally cause delays.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Germany costs €4.99 for orders under €50 . Shipping is free for orders over €50.
Shipping to other EU countries costs €8.90 for orders under €100 . Shipping is free for orders over €100.

Where will it be delivered to?
We will deliver to the delivery address you provided. Please ensure that the address is complete and correct.

What happens if my package cannot be delivered?
Should the package not be delivered and be returned to us, you will have to bear the costs for resending it – provided you are responsible for the failed delivery (e.g. wrong address, package not picked up).
This does not apply if you have exercised your right of withdrawal.

Can I pick up my order myself?
No, unfortunately self-collection is not possible for logistical reasons.
