How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
We typically process orders within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment. Your package will then be handed over to the shipping service provider.

How long does shipping take?
The average delivery time is:
– Within Germany: 2–5 working days
– International: 5–10 business days
Please note: Holidays, customs clearance, or exceptional events (e.g. weather conditions) may occasionally cause delays.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs €4.99 for orders under €50. For orders over €50, shipping is free.

Where is delivery going?
We deliver to the delivery address you provide. Please ensure the address is complete and correct.

What happens if my package cannot be delivered?
If the package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs, provided you are responsible for the failed delivery (e.g., incorrect address, package not picked up).
This does not apply if you have exercised your right of withdrawal.

Can I pick up my order myself?
No, unfortunately, self-collection is not possible for logistical reasons.
